“Tatum never showed. Without communication a very nice lady met us outside cruise terminal and took care of us and we loved her tour. BUT..... The problem is I asked for 2 things before booking. One was the van needed air conditioning. Tatum advised 2x the van had a/c but the lady who Tatem passed us off to did NOT have a/c.”
